Return And Refund Policy
At The Green Way and its affiliated brand N/O, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact within 5 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain cases, partial refunds ranging from 30% to 70% may be granted, depending on the condition of the item and the reason for return.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund only.
- The final refund amount will be determined after inspection.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will bear the full return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons not attributable to us (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@nbyo.life.
